December 23rd 9:39 p.m. they had multiple steaks approaching the use by or freeze date which was the 24th I asked for a manager was told to find the head cashier I approached a checkout line that only had one person in it I was going to ask the lady for the head cashier and was abruptly told that she was closed and if I wasn't aware I needed to find Elaine with a light on so I can purchase my two items never did talk to anyone about those steaks
I see a very horrible trend in this pharmacy that just happened to me. I was denied my shot cause she was too lazy to come from behind the counter. I have got all my shots here and now I have to be in search for another location. I hope she see this! You were not busy one bit and the video if I ask to have them pulled will show that you were not. You pharmacy has now put me at risk and would be liable if something should happen. The girl was rude and borderline disrespectful and should not be working in that field what so ever!
Some staff like to pre judge you and treat you like a shoplifter for no reason
Produce isn't great and prices are way too high these days. Sales on non perishable stuff can still be good from time to time which is the main reason I'll go.
They’ve been better about keeping the shelves stocked but without fail every single time I go here they don’t have 2+ items on my list. If you need help finding items: good luck. Finding employees to ask about anything is just a waste of your time 90% of the time. And the self checkout stopping every 3 items because it’s scale is garbage. Either increase the weight variance or only have checkout lanes.

I'm writing about the pharmacy. If you can try to go somewhere else. The lead pharmacist doesn't even bother with customers. She acts like she doesn't see anything but her computer screen. The poor assistant is running around and working alone, so if there are people in front of you you'll end up waiting for a long time. But she is super helpful, so all stars are hers!
My last visit to Cub in Eden Prairie was not a pleasant experience due to a rude employee in the self-checkout area. Time to find somewhere else to go.
Really good produce for a Cub. Prices are great. Employees are great too.
